Projects
A project is a defined activity where there are known (hopefully) timeframes, costs and resources. The management of these elements will mean an understanding of risk to delivery and how those risks might be managed. Structuring a business or community deliverable as a project provides many benefits and can enhance success. There is no easy path to a project delivery of any size. Stakeholders, market conditions, marketing, contracts, reporting may all be elements that have to be managed alongside of cost. Understanding a core Project 101 will enable an individual or a team to better manage their delivery.
Kea Inspire have developed an easy to absorb Project 101 essentials course aligned to a specific business project.
Top Tip: Clearly identify the brief (scope) to be delivered. Do not deviate unless there are solid business reasons to modify the scope. Note: A change of scope can impact timeline and cost.
